This stylish hotel is directly opposite Liseberg Amusement Park and
on the same site as the Swedish Exhibition and Congress centre and
is a majestic building with towers offering panoramic views of
Gothenburg.
Exterior: The hotel is unique on the Gothenburg skyline with a
tall, dark grey, all glass window 18-story skyscraper East tower,
and 23 floors West tower.
Lobby: The lobby is large, all stone and pillars, with a sofa
seating area and a long reception counter. Open to lobby bar during
fairs and congresses.
Rooms
The rooms are large and all newly renovated, thus in excellent
condition. Standard rooms have wide twin beds, earth colours of
green, brown, burgundy, and tanned wood. Air cooling system.
Bathrooms are very good and spacious, with tiles of beige and
white. Only 20 rooms per floor around the lifts, so there are no
long corridors. Marvellous views, no rooms overlook the
backyard.
Restaurant & Food
Breakfast buffet is served in the dining room on the second floor
in a luminous, peach and pastel room. The 23rd floor hosts the
round sky bar for lunch, a la carte or just for a drink and its
here that the most famous king size Shrimp sandwich is served, all
with amazing panoramic views. The restaurant on the ground floor is
decorated in a contemporary style and serves lunch and dinner often
accompanied by live piano music in the evenings and there is an
adjoining bar with many seating areas.
Activities & Sport
Sauna available for all guests free of charge. For live
entertainment, visit restaurant Incontro the convivial piano bar,
with live music.

Directions, How to get
there
By road: E6/E20 (southbound) and Route 45 (from Karlstad). When
arriving in Gothenburg, turn off at the Mässan Scandinavium
Liseberg sign. Turn left, then turn right to reach Örgrytevägen.
Take the next exit on the right hand side for the hotel. E6/E20
(northbound) and Route 40 (from Borås). When arriving in
Gothenburg, turn off at the Mässan Scandinavium Liseberg sign. Turn
right at the second exit to reach the hotel. By rail: from Central
Station, take tram No. 2 or 4. From nearby Brunnsparken can take
tram No. 5. The trams stop at Korsvägen, just opposite Svenska
Mässan and hotel.
