Exterior: This is a white, modern, high-rise building, fitting with the bright surroundings of Muscat.
Lobby: The lobby is large in size with marble flooring. There is an area of seating and the large reception desk stands in the centre, in front of the entrance.

All the rooms are well furnished and equipped with international direct dial telephone, central air conditioning, television with Asian/Arab/European satellite transmission, mini bar, attached bathroom with bath tub/shower. All rooms are in good condition, despite the fact they are relatively basic. All rooms are medium in size as are the bathrooms.

From the Airport, take a left at the airport roundabout, then, the straight road and drive over eight roundabouts. After the ninth roundabout, drive straight and take a right immediately and another right at the junction. The hotel is located to the right approx.200 m from this junction.
