This apartment residence is designed as a relaxed holiday resort with 3 types of accommodation nestled in tropical gardens. It features luxurious accommodation and shady verandas. It comprises a total of 102 apartments in a main building and an annexe, each with 3 floors. Facilities on offer to guests include a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel and 24-hour security. Guests have Internet access at their disposal and can also take advantage of the room and laundry services. Parking is available next to each apartment.

All the apartments are fully furnished and come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer double or twin beds. They have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a cooker, a fridge, a washing machine and cooking utensils. The units include a dressing room and are equipped with a direct dial telephone, a TV, an electronic safe, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning.

Guests arriving from Grand Bay should drive towards Cap Malheureux. Just 1 km after Pereybere Beach, there is a roundabout on the right. Turn right, and this property is the one with the white gate.
