The hotel offers a traditional setting and 14 bedrooms. Facilities available include a large lounge bar, split on various levels, with great views over the bay. The hotel restaurant offers a feast of traditional and contemporary Scottish fare, with freshly caught fish and locally farmed beef. A laundry service is provided and there is ample parking for those arriving by car.

The 14 en-suite bedrooms feature simple décor and furnishings with all modern comforts and conveniences. Each room comes with a shower, a television, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. A direct dial telephone, a radio and an iron and ironing board also come as standard.

A Scottish breakfast is served each morning. A Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate is also available. The hotel restaurant is open daily, offering a wide range of breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners. An extensive wine, cocktail and whisky list is also available.

If arriving from Aberdeen Airport, Dyce: Head west on Upper Farburn Road. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A96, go straight ahead at the 1st roundabout and stay on the A96. At Haudagain Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A90/North Anderson Drive, heading towards Perth/Dundee/Stonehaven/Altens. Go through a further 7 roundabouts. Then at the following roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A90/Stonehaven Road, heading towards Perth/Dundee. Continue on the A90. Exit onto the A956/Wellington Road. Turn right at Wellington Road (signs for Cove). Turn left towards Cove Road and continue straight on to Cove Road. Turn left at Colsea Road, and turn right to stay on Colsea Road.
