This apartment hotel is located an easy journey from Manchester Piccadilly railway station and Piccadilly Gardens is just a few blocks away (400 m). The Northern Quarter lies beyond that and the G-Mex and Deansgate (400 m) shopping areas are also to be found to the northwest of the property. The Gay Village area (Canal Street) is 200 m away and it is 600 m to the Manchester Arndale Centre.

Opened in 2009, this city apartment hotel is housed in a Grade II listed cotton warehouse - a building which is part of the fabric of the city. It features high ceilings, long windows, soaring interior spaces and heaps of grand Victorian character. The building was awarded the 'Built in Quality Award 2009' by Manchester City Council, and there is every concession to contemporary style and comfort, with 48 individual apartments to choose from. Guests can select from compact studios and spacious suites, each one fully fitted out for the practicalities of daily life. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and lift access.
