Athelstane House, Queenscliff's oldest operating guesthouse since 1860, impresses with its charming heritage architecture and modern amenities following a renovation in the 90s. Each room is individually decorated for a unique and comfortable experience. The stay includes complimentary late checkout, WIFI, and parking. Athelstane House operates as a contactless venue, ensuring a smooth entry and exit with all necessary information provided via email and text. Despite lacking a formal reception, on-site staff are accessible 24/7 through a provided mobile number. This contactless approach, initiated in 2020, continues to streamline operations in light of ongoing challenges.

Room One at Athelstane House, the King Room, stands out as one of the largest and most popular accommodations. The room is located on the first floor, accessible via 20 steps.

Guests at Athelstane House can indulge in a complimentary A La Carte Breakfast, included with the Bed and Breakfast (B&B) rates. The breakfast can be enjoyed in the breakfast room or as a delightful room service option, providing a relaxing and convenient start to the day.
