This hotel is an icon of downtown Tampa, Florida. It underwent a complete guestroom and suite renovation in 2007 and offers 521 guestrooms in total. Facilities available to guests at this air-conditioned airport hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, newspaper stand, café, bar and restaurant. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, Internet access, room service (fees apply), car park and garage.

Directions, How to get there
From Tampa International Airport: Take I-275 N, and take Downtown West exit. Take Exit #45A (Tampa/Ashley). Stay left on the ramp as the road forks. Merge onto Tampa Street, a one-way street. The hotel is 8 blocks down on the left side. Get into the left lane. The hotel is at the SE corner of Jackson and Tampa.

This family-friendly eco hotel is located in the heart of downtown Tampa, Florida, only 3.5 blocks from the Tampa Convention Center, making it one of the closest hotels to the Tampa Convention Center. The hotel also has easy access to Channelside Waterfront Entertainment District and Cruise Terminal, Ybor City, Busch Gardens, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa Performing Arts Center, and Interstate 4 where guests can go to Orlando. The nearest downtown trolley stop is a 5-minute walk from the city hotel, the bus station is 30 minutes away on public transport and the Amtrack train station is around a 20-minute walk away.
