A fantastic addition to the Cape Towns hotel scene and a massive

different! The bar and lounge is one of the hippest in the city and
even the designated 'smoking room' has to be seen to be

Exterior: A modern 6 storey building painted white with an
incredible 5 storey climbing wall starting from the 2nd floor.
Guests are welcome to have a climb!
Lobby: A stylish funky lobby area with seats hanging from the
ceiling and a colourful reception desk.
Rooms
Each of the hotel's stunning rooms has a king size bed or two
single beds, Bose alarm clock radio, large executive desk with
international electrical points and wireless internet connections,
an LCD flat screen television with satellite channels, Tea/Coffee
facilities, air conditioning, telephone, laptop-friendly safe with
charger and complimentary limited wireless internet. All rooms are
small , slick and stylish and en-suite with showers.
Restaurant & Food
The restaurant, which launched to wild applause in November 2006,
has a unique food concept to complement its social experience.
Surrounded by exclusively different furniture and fittings,
including high-back chairs reminiscent of the Mad Hatter's tea
party, a completely open-plan kitchen concept, and a 360-degree
glass cold room, guests will want to explore and discover. For fun,
guests can try out the swimming pool that runs the length of the
restaurant window. The Fire and Ice bar concept is one that guests
will struggle to find elsewhere in world. Ice is placed inside the
bar counter, to keep drinks ultra-chilled in Cape Town's coolest
hotel.
Activities & Sport
There is a relaxation deck with amazing views of table mountain, a
heated pool to relax in or a gym for your daily workouts.
Directions, How to get
there
From the Airport take the N2 from the Airport to town. As you near
the city, the N2 and N1 meet up. Carry on straight over the traffic
lights until the road becomes Buitengraght Street. Keep driving on
Buitengraght Street until you see a Caltex garage on the left. Turn
left at the traffic lights immediately after the garage
(Buitensingel Road). Take the first road right (New Church Street)
where you will find the hotel on your left.
