How to order :

Reservation by email to order@nusatrip.com or click “book now” (Required to fill in personal information when you book a JR Pass, including name, country of residence, and passport number) Also please, provide a soft copy of passport and Japan Visa
Min. Booking 14 days before departure (Recommended to purchase the JR Pass at least 14 days before traveling to Japan. The date selected on the calendar above is not the activation date but the departure date to Japan. After the purchase, you will receive an Exchange Orders)
Payment process only transfers via BCA and Mandiri bank to PT. Tunas Sukses Mandiri and once the payment has been successful, send the proof of payment to the email along with the details (JR Pass Types, Travel Period, Passport & Visa, Details Address, Details Flights, Hotel and Etc)
Once tickets are secured, we will send you a confirmation email
Order process only in working days (Monday to Friday) 09.00 - 17.00
Child Fare is for 6-11 years old and under 5 years old, no-seat is provided

Redemption :

This voucher is not valid for claiming the JR Pass in Japan. Exchange Order can be utilized for redemption
To claim the JR Pass, it’s essential to show your Exchange Order along with your passport at airports and main train stations. Please note that a confirmation email is not accepted for JR Pass Redemption
You are allowed to redeem only the JR Pass that is registered under your name. Exchange Orders under another person name cannot be used for redemption
Exchange orders for JR Pass tickets are valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of issue
Note: You must select an activation date during redemption. The activation date must be within 30 days from redemption. Once activated, the JR Pass is valid only for 7, 14, or 21 consecutive days within a month. Show it to the staff at the ticket gate to board a train
Seat Reservation Process: You can reserve seats at the ticket counter with the assistance of railways staff, and seat reservations are only available after you have redeemed your JR Pass
