Guests must walk up one flight of stairs to reach the lobby and the rooms. No bathroom in the rooms, they are located in each floor and shared. Some rooms do not have windows.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many Asian restaurants within a two-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel's location in Chinatown provides its guests with world-class eateries within blocks. It is also only blocks from great Italian restaurants in Little Italy, approximately a five-minute walk from the hotel.
