This family-friendly resort offers accommodation in 40 cottages. The Cottages are located adjacent to the resort pools and the Clubhouses offer 2 and 3-bedroom units featuring fully equipped gourmet kitchens and balconies overlooking lush tropical landscapes and gardens. The Cottages are a perfect alternative for longer stays or families, and are available for minimum 6-night stays. Guests will check in at the resort's hotel, located on Naples Bay and overlooking the marina and surrounding waterways. The reception is available 24 hours a day, guests are also welcome to use concierge services and have access to all resort amenities. Further facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access and a hairdressing salon. There is a TV lounge, a children's playground and a restaurant and guests will appreciate the conference facilities and Internet access. They can also take advantage of the laundry service and there is parking for those arriving by car. It is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises.

The 2-bedroom Cottages have a contemporary flair and offer richly stated living spaces complete with 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, an updated kitchen and appliances, a comfortable living room and an additional den/dining room, totalling some 158 m² of space. Each also features a private screened-in balcony or Lanai overlooking The Club at Naples Bay Resort and the lavish pool deck. The 3-bedroom Cottages have a contemporary flair and offer richly stated living spaces complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, an updated kitchen and appliances, a comfortable living room and an open dining room, totalling over 176 m² of space and each with a private screened-in balcony or Lanai overlooking the Club at Naples Bay Resort and the lavish pool deck. All private bathrooms have a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and the bedrooms offer king-size beds. The accommodation units are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, a hifi, Internet access and a safe. The kitchen has a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, a washing machine, an ironing set, air conditioning and central heating are provided in all accommodation units as standard.

The resort offers the Blue Water Bar and Grill, located poolside and serving lunch, afternoon snacks and refreshing beverages. The popular Bonefish Grill is located at the hotel and offers a variety of choices for dinner nightly.

Guests will enjoy resort amenities such as 5 swimming pools (including 1 outdoor pool, a children's swimming area and a heated pool), with a lazy river and a lap pool. They can relax poolside in cabanas, or on the sun terrace with its sun loungers. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a workout in the state-of-the-art gym and there is a spa (additional charges apply) with a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room and massage and spa treatments. The full-service marina offers full or half-day boat rentals, kayaks and bicycles, and guests can enjoy the retail promenade. They can play a game of tennis on one of the 6 Har-Tru tennis courts and golf enthusiasts will find Fiddlers Creek Golf Course just a 20-minute drive away. Moreover, there are sun loungers available for use on the nearby sandy beach.

A resort fee of USD 20 per unit per night must be paid locally. Guests of The Cottages will be met at reception at the resort's hotel, available 24 hours, and specified parking will be assigned as will directions for guests' use for waste disposal, etc. Housekeeping services are available at an additional charge.
