These modern, new apartments were built in 2009 to the highest
standards with luxury furnishings and attention to detail. Parking
is on the ground floor and lifts take guests to the apartments,
which are on the second and third floors. Guests arriving by car
may use the hotel's parking facilities.
Rooms
These quiet, modern apartments are elegantly appointed. Nothing has
been left undone, from flat-screen TVs to modern chef's kitchens
featuring an oven and microwave and a luxurious master bedroom with
an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All apartments have
a full beach-facing view from the balcony where guests can watch
the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Further in-room amenities
include a direct dial telephone, washing machine and an iron and
ironing board. Centrally regulated air conditioning and heating
units also come as standard.
Restaurant & Food
The apartment is self-catering. The fully equipped kitchen makes
home cooked meals easy with a 4 range oven, full size fridge with
freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils,
cutlery, plates, cups and glasses.
Activities & Sport
There is a private swimming pool on the property for use by
guests.

there
Driving directions from the Orlando Area: Locate and join
Interstate I.4 heading west towards Tampa. Exit from Interstate I.4
at junction 9 and join Interstate I.75 South signposted to Naples.
Drive 209 km and exit at junction 131, signposted SW Florida
International Airport, Hospital and Cape Coral. Turn right at the
end of the exit slip road and join Daniels Parkway heading west.
Drive for 7 km. You will then make a left turn (heading south) onto
Summerlin Road. Drive on Summerlin Road for 5 km, make a left turn
onto Bass Road and then an immediate right turn after the
‘Iron Stone Bank' into Commerce Center Court.
Follow the road round and turn right at the first entrance. The
office building is on the right-hand side.
