The resort is within walking distance of shopping, dining and
nightlife. All types of water sports are available on or near the
property.
Exterior: Three buildings make up the core of the property: the
high-rise Tower Building, the 4-storey Marina Wing and the pool
building. The resort is surrounded by the Bahia Mar Yachting
Center, with 350 boat slips.
Lobby: The Tower Building lobby is spacious, with plenty of seating
and natural light. The front desk and a few stores are located in
this lobby. The Marina Wing lobby is tastefully decorated with
wicker furniture, and the deli is located in this building.
Rooms
Many of the spacious, comfortable rooms have fantastic views over
the harbour or the Atlantic and most come with balcony. All come
with an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer.
Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable
TV, Internet access, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities,
ironing equipment, and a hire safe. All rooms feature a double or
king-size bed and individually regulated heating and air
conditioning.
Restaurant & Food
The hotel features an astonishing oceanfront/marina-view casual
restaurant and a grill and bar located on the pool deck, with views
over the yachting center, serving casual lunch and dinner. The
resort also features a deli that serves delicious salads,
sandwiches, soup etc.
Activities & Sport
There is a heated swimming pool on the roof of the hotel from where
there are spectacular views of the Intercoastal Highway. A gym and
various massage treatments (subject to fees) are also available.
Sports enthusiasts can play tennis on one of the 4 tennis courts
with complimentary equipment. The hotel also offers a variety of
water activity options, including scuba diving, parasailing and
sport fishing, a water taxi stand, fishing fleets and sightseeing
cruises.
Comments
Maximum of 4 persons per room. Family plan: up to 2 adults and 2
children (under the age of 17) in a double room sharing the
existing sleeping space. The parking facilities cost USD 18 for
self parkers and USD 22 including the parking service plus 6% tax,
(rate subject to change). Rollaways are USD 10.00 + 6% tax (subject
to change).

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport: Exit the airport onto
US 1 North. Turn right onto SE 17th Street (A1A). Follow this for
approximately 2 miles. The hotel is on the left.
