The complex has had a $2.4 million renovation in 2005 and spectacular improvements have been added to this Bavarian-style Snowmass holiday rental complex. The property has ski storage. With a total of 30 accommodation units, the establishment offers a lobby with 24-hour reception and check- out service and a hotel safe.

The complex has 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units furnished with fireplaces and sofa beds. TVs come with cable channels, and DVD players. Separate sitting areas, welcome amenities, clock radios, CD players and telephones with free local calls are provided. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are available in the kitchens. The en suite bathrooms include a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping is provided and wake-up calls can be requested. Cots (infant beds) and rollaway beds are also available (at a charge). Double beds, an ironing set, washer and dryer and individually regulated heating and a terrace also feature as standard.

Beautifully landscaped, spruce-lined grounds surround a year-round outdoor heated pool and an exquisite hot tub with a waterfall cascading between two levels. A gym is also at guests' disposal. The Maroon Creek Golf Course is roughly 11 km from the apartment hotel (for a fee). Guests may also explore the surrounding area on bicycle (for a fee).
