San Diego offers activities and recreation for everyone!. Some of
the most popular activities include: a trip to the World Famous San
Diego Zoo; a visit to see Shamu at Sea World; touring up to 16
museums in Balboa Park; shopping at Horton Plaza or Seaport
Village; biking miles of bike trails along our harbor and Coronado
Island, an Old Town Trolley tour of the whole city; and of course,
relaxing by the pool and soaking up some San Diego sunshine. One
guest must be at least 21 years of age in order to reserve and
check in.
Exterior: The hotel is considered to be downtown San Diego's most
popular and highly regarded luxury hotel. An architectural
masterpiece rising 32 stories modern building.
Lobby: The warm and inviting lobby gives a comfortable ambiance for
the guests. Though, the lobby can be inspiring as well and is
filled with visual motivation to explore the streets of San Diego
and venture to many exciting activities. The lobby is also big in
size and intended to have the needs met within reach.
Rooms
The luxury guest rooms offer Skyline or Bay views. The double or
king-size beds are relaxing and comfortable and feature premium bed
linens. The rooms are fitted with a flat screen TV with CD and DVD
player, a direct dial telephone, minibar and a safe. Other in-room
amenities include tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary
Internet access, an ironing set and individually regulated air
conditioning and heating. The en suite marble bathroom features a
shower, bathtub and hairdryer.
Restaurant & Food
McCormik and Schmick serves breakfast, and set menu lunch and
dinner daily. Terrace bar and grill (next to the pool) is open late
morning and late at night. Morsels coffee/gift shop serves gourmet
coffee and pastries.
Activities & Sport
An attractive sun terrace on the 6th floor offers an outdoor
swimming pool with poolside snack bar and sun loungers and
parasols, and a spa tub. Guest can enjoy the gym on the property
and a massage service is offered for a fee. Balboa Park municipal
golf course is a 7-minute drive from the hotel.
Comments
Guests are invited to check in after 3 pm and are requested to
check out before midday. The person whose name is on the
reservation must be at least 21 years of age to check in to the
property. Pets under 18 kg are welcome, but a non-refundable fee is
charged at the property.
Directions, How to get
there
From San Diego International Airport (SAN), head west on N Harbor
Drive towards Airport Terminal Road. Make a U- turn at Airport
Terminal Road, then turn left at 5th Ave. Turn right at L St and
the hotel will be on the right.
