This attractive hotel is centrally located in a traditional Georgian building, on Picardy Place in the town centre. Princes Street and the Royal Mile where visitors will find a diverse range of shops as well as numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and various other entertainment facilities are located around 5 minutes away. Links to the public transport network can be reached within a few minutes of the hotel (a bus and train station). The sea is about 2 km from the hotel and may easily be reached by car or on foot.

Description

This attractive new hotel was opened in 2002, renovated in 2004 and features 155 double rooms spread over 5 floors. The hotel welcomes guests in a lobby with a 24-hour reception, hotel safe and lifts. A trendy bar and a restaurant (with breakfast room) are also provided for guests to make use of. Further facilities include a public Internet terminal, a washing service, a bicycle hire service as well as a car park and a garage (additional fees apply).

Rooms

All rooms are in very good condition and are medium in size. Decorated in warm colours and equipped to the high standards expected of an international chain, all are modern in style. The modern-styled bathrooms are also in very good condition. Triple rooms consist of a double bed plus a sofa bed, and so are not ideally suited for three adults, although a couple plus one adult is possible.

Restaurant & Food

The breakfast room is located on the 2nd floor and is bright and spacious.

Activities & Sport

Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to play golf at a course located 3 km from the hotel (additional fees apply).
