The charming, family-friendly hotel comprises of a Georgian
Manor-house and our modern Garden Lodge, in which there are a total
of 42 rooms. The Bodysense Country Club is a stone's throw from
both. Among the hotel's facilities are an entrance hall, 24-hour
reception, café, bar, restaurants and conference services. Laundry
and room services are available (both for an additional fee), as
well as parking for guests arriving by car.
Rooms
The standard double rooms are in the 1st and 2nd floors of the
Garden Lodge. Rooms come with en suite bath/shower, hairdryer,
direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, CD player and, for an
additional fee, WLAN Internet access. In addition, guests are
provided with tea and coffee-making facilities, a double or
king-size bed and central heating. The majority of the rooms also
come with a balcony or terrace with garden table and chairs and a
view over the garden, the tennis courts and the Limpley Stoke pool.

Restaurant & Food
Georgian Restaurant - The Georgian Room offer formal-dining on the
ground floor of the Manor House, (pre-booking required) overlooking
the valley. Awarded an AA Rosette in 2006. Dress code is
smart/casual. Children over 15yrs are welcomed. Younger children
can enjoy informal d. Eden Brasserie - The Eden Bistro and bar is
located in the vaulted cellars of the Manor House. It offers a
distinctive contempory menu in a relaxed atmosphere. The terrace
offers al-fresco dining in breathtaking surroundings (weather
permitting.
Activities & Sport
The hotel has its own outdoor and indoor pools, children's paddling
pool, sun loungers and parasols. Guests are invited to make use of
the sauna, solarium, steam bath, massage service and various other
health programmes (some for a small additional fee). There are
tennis courts, aerobics (for a fee) and a gym on site. There is
also a five-hole golf course on the premises.

of the room.
Directions, How to get
there
From the M4 take exit 18 and take the A46 towards Bath. Continue
along the A46 for around 16 km and then take Bath City exit. At the
junction take the third exit towards the city centre on the A4.
Continue for a further 3 km, then take a left over the river and a
right at the next set of lights. At the following junction take the
first exit for the University. After 3 km guests will arrive at the
university and will cross a small junction. The hotel entrance is
just on the left hand side, around 300 m away.
