Renovated in 2008, this 105-room business hotel has a lobby and a hotel safe, a large free car park, a breakfast room, two meeting rooms and an interview room. The resident's bar has a lounge, which serves light bar snacks in the evenings, from Monday to Friday and greets guests with a friendly welcome. Business and conference facilities, including photocopying and facsimile services are available on request. For an additional fee, guests may utilise the laundry service.

The hotel has well-equipped modern bedrooms. Each room has an en suite bathroom with power shower, direct dial telephones, modem access, WLAN Internet access, a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Additionally, there is a radio and a colour TV with pay movies and satellite sports channels in the lounge.

If travelling by car, travel on the M3 and take the M27 west towards Southampton Docks. Once on the M27 continue on until Junction 3. Then take the M271 towards Southampton and at Junction 1 of the M271 take the exit onto Brownhill Way, then take the first left onto Redbridge Lane and the hotel is on the left-hand side.
