This converted 18th-century farmhouse provides 27 quality accommodation units on the south coast of Hampshire. The building has been sympathetically restored to its former glory, and guest rooms have been designed to combine original characteristics, such as oak panelling and stone fireplaces, with quality modern fittings and furnishings. Facilities available to guests at the conference hotel include a lobby with hotel safe and cloakroom, a bar and restaurant, conference facilities, room and laundry services (fees apply to both) and a car park.

The bedrooms are all tastefully furnished to a high standard. All rooms have en-suite facilities with shower, bathtub, hairdryer and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries as well as a flat-screen TV with freeview channels. In-room hot drinks and bottles of mineral water sourced from the New Forest are supplied. Each room additionally features a double bed, Internet access, an in-room safe, an ironing set and central heating. A baby listening service is also available (fees may apply).

The greatest asset is the restaurant which offers an extensive, varied and interesting à la carte menu and a specials menu for lunch and dinner which changes on a weekly basis. Breakfast is also served each morning.

By car from the M25 - exit at junction 10 and head onto the A3 towards Guildford, continue on the A3 which merges into the A3 (M). Exit at junction 5, at the roundabout take the second exit onto the A2030. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the Havant Bypass (A27), and exit onto the slip road. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Langstone Road (A3023), continue on the A3023 taking the second exit onto Manor Road (A3023) and the hotel is located on this road.
