beautiful terraced gardens. The large driveway is very grand,
leading to one of the most beautiful buildings in Oxfordshire - a
real eye-opener.
Lobby: Large, stone fireplaces, oak carvings, and a painted mural
wall are just some of the original features present in the main
Hall today.
Rooms
All rooms are en suite with a double bed, tea and coffee making
facilities, TVs and hairdryers. The bedrooms are designed in a
modern conference style and also have free Internet access, a
direct dial telephone and central heating. Please note all the
rooms are located in the annexe building.
Restaurant & Food
The Eynsham Hall style of cuisine is traditional British recipes,
using the best seasonal produce, freshly prepared and cooked by the
in-house brigade of chefs. Fresh herbs and local produce are
features of the menus. All the meals are served buffet-style, with
plenty of choice per course, and is of very high standard.
Activities & Sport
Guests can enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and
tennis court. Witney Lakes golf course is also just 15 minutes by
car from the hotel.
Directions, How to get
there
From the south, take the A34 which bypasses Oxford. Leave at the
Peartree Interchange junction, taking the A44 heading towards
Stratford, Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. At the 4th roundabout
turn left onto the A4095, signposted Witney. Pass through Bladon
and Long Hanborough. When the North Leigh Garden Centre is visible
on the right (after approximately 8 km), the hotel entrance will be
on the left-hand side, opposite the turning to North Leigh
indicated by a large florescent road sign. From the north take the
M40 towards London, and leave the motorway at junction 9
(Wendlebury Interchange). Take the A34 towards Oxford, and exit at
the Peartree Interchange (after approximately 9.6 km). Take the A44
to Blenheim Palace. Stay on the A44, and at the 4th roundabout turn
left onto the A4095, sign posted Witney (follow instructions as for
driving from south from here).
