spectacular backdrop. Originally built in 1886, the conference
hotel offers 37 rooms and facilities include a bar and restaurant,
a lobby with hotel safe and cloakroom, conference facilities and
room service (fees apply). Guests may also make use of the Internet
access, a laundry service and a car park.
Rooms
There are 37 highly individual bedrooms, all of which are en-suite
with shower and bathtub and offer guests every comfort, including a
double bed, TV, radio, direct dial telephone, trouser press,
hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. An in-room safe,
ironing set, central heating and Internet access also feature in
all guest rooms as standard. All rooms are non-smoking.
Restaurant & Food
The Brasserie has been refurbished to a high standard of
contemporary design. The menu comprises only the finest local
produce, with an exclusive wine list. For the casual diner with a
big appetite the Stable bar offers a new home comforts menu.
Breakfast is served each morning, and set menu options are
available for lunch and dinner.

Directions, How to get
there
By car: from Manchester, take the M6 to Junction 19; then the A556
towards Chester. After approximately 16 km, at the traffic lights
by a 24-hour Shell garage (on the right), turn left onto the A49.
After approximately 10 km, reach the roundabout and take the A51,
following signs for Beeston. Turn right at the Red Fox pub traffic
lights onto the A49 and the hotel is on the brow of the hill after
1 km.
