This two-storey establishment comprises 106 en suite bedrooms, as well as two restaurants: the Orchard restaurant for a more formal occasion and the Arches bar & restaurant, which provides a warm welcome and relaxed ambience with a conservatory restaurant and a comfortable seating area. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and a hotel safe. On-site facilities include 10 conference rooms, Free WIFI Internet access in public areas and in the conference rooms, as well as room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the car park.

The tastefully decorated bedrooms all have en suite facilities with bathtub/shower and hairdryer and are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a trouser press and a colour TV. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, double beds, Internet access and a clock radio. An iron and ironing boards are available upon request.

A full cooked breakfast and continental breakfast are both served daily. The Orchard Restaurant offers a splendid sense of ambience, allowing you to truly unwind as you enjoy one of the hotels special seasonal dishes. There are two glass-backed squash courts, which are available to guests and to the public (subject to fees and availability). Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit Northop golf course, which is just over 5 km from the establishment.

The establishment's reception desk is open 24 hours a day. Guests may check in from 2 pm and are required to check out by 11 am.

Taking the A55 into North Wales, take the Mold exit onto the A494 and follow the road until the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit for Mold at the roundabout and follow the road for 91 metres until reaching the crossroads with traffic lights. Turn right at the traffic lights, then take the 1st right into the hotel car park.
