Built in 2009, this prominent landmark building, privately owned
and operating a luxury boutique hotel, is unlike any other, being
furnished in a themed, elegant manner providing an ambience based
on design and luxurious fabrics that are only visible in high-class
establishments. The on-site signature restaurant Capello's and Snug
Lounge and Piano Bar both offer extensive menus. The
air-conditioned business hotel offers 60 rooms in total and
welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency
exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. Further
facilities include a café, bar and restaurant,
conference facilities, room service (fees apply) and a laundry
service. Guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access, the
car park and the bicycle hire service.
Rooms
The guest rooms feature luxury double beds, fabrics and wallpaper.
All are en-suite with shower and complimentary mineral spa
toiletries, and each room features a latest model flat-screen
interactive TV, a radio with music selection and the full list of
freeview channels. Other features include an in-room laptop safe,
an ironing set, a salon-style hairdryer, complimentary tea and
coffee making facilities, free wireless Internet access, a direct
dial telephone with voicemail, an ergonomically designed work desk,
individually regulated air conditioning and heating, and digital
'do not disturb' and 'make-up room' buttons. Please note, extra
"fold out" beds can only be accommodated in Deluxe rooms.
Restaurant & Food
Capello's is a bistro-style dining experience offering
Mediterranean and a fusion of European dishes. Guests may enjoy
their food in the 90-seater restaurant or on the continental-style
terrace with an additional 24 seats. Breakfast is served each
morning and guests may select their lunch and dinner from set
menus.
Activities & Sport
The latest Technogym equipment comprises 2 running machines, 2
bikes, a cross trainer and a multi-gym machine. Alternately, guests
may experience a sanctuary of therapy treatments in the privacy of
their own room (fees apply). Guests may also explore the
surrounding area by bike.
Directions, How to get
there
By car: from the M1, exit at Junction 10 signposted London Luton
Airport. Follow the slipway straight to the roundabout at Junction
10A, turn left on the roundabout (first exit), signposted Luton
Town Centre/Stockwood Park. Turn left at the next roundabout,
approximately 1 mile from Junction 10A. Then take the next left
into Hastings Street (the hotel is on the right) and turn
immediately left into Regent Street. The multi-storey car park will
be on the right.
