The medium size rooms are furnished and decorated in a traditional style to a high standard with dark wood furniture and light coloured fabrics. The bedrooms are in very good condition, the small bathrooms are tiled in white and the sink area has a green marble surface. The bathrooms are in excellent condition.

The brasserie is located on the ground floor and has a wooden floor and is decorated in a warm colour scheme. During the summer months, tables are put outside of the hotel on the pavement for Al Fresco dining.

From Knightsbridge tube station: the hotel is a five-minute walk, located on the Piccadilly Line and direct from London Heathrow tube station. Upon alighting at Knightsbridge tube station, take the Sloane Street exit (not Harrods), turn right down Sloane Street and left into Cadogan Place. Walk past Jumeirah Carlton Tower and bear around to the left. The hotel is situated on the right-hand side of Lowndes Street. From Sloane Square tube station: the hotel is a ten-minute walk, located on the Circle and District Lines. Walk across Sloane Square and turn right up Sloane Street. Turn right into Cadogan Place. Walk past Jumeirah Carlton Tower and bear around to the left. The hotel is situated on the right-hand side of Lowndes Street.
