The hotel is situated between Nottingham and Derby, just off the M1 at junction 25 and is close to historic Nottingham and Sherwood Forest. 12 kms to city centre 13 kms to the nearest airport (east midlands) 3 km to the nearest station (long eaton) 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop

The hotel also has a few conference rooms. This is a good hotel and is modern so it is not suitable for clients who are after a traditional style hotel.
Exterior: This is a low rise modern hotel with long sloping roof and a large driveway at the front.
Lobby: The hotel lobby is bright and contains a small reception desk and armchairs in a seating area. It is medium in size yet there is plenty of luggage Space. The decor is very modern with contempary furnishings.

Rooms
There are 101 bedrooms including no smoking rooms, all with en suite Bathroom, TV, radio, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/ coffee making facilities. Some rooms are fairly small, but in good condition. The decor consists of plain walls and brightly patterned fabrics. All rooms have a modem point.

Restaurant & Food
A breakfast buffet is served each morning and lunch and dinner are available from set menus. Enjoy modern cuisine surrounded by contemporary art, sample slow-cooked beef ribs or fish of the day complemented by something off the wine list.

By Car: From The M1 - Leave the M1 at junction 25 and exit the roundabout above the junction onto Bostocks Lane, which is signposted for the hotel. The hotel is approximately 500 m along Bostocks Lane on the right.
