Since originally being constructed in 1827 the hotel has maintained its tradition of quality and style with an old world charm. Rooms
The rooms are a good size, have high ceilings and have quite a faded elegance about them. The style is classical Soviet, with quite sumptuous bedding and comfortable furniture. The decor is quite plain, and the rooms would benefit from some cosmetic refurbishment.

Restaurant & Food
The restaurant is located on the ground floor close to the bar and reception area. It boasts a lavishly ornamented ceiling, four big crystal chandeliers, wall crystal lamps, decorative columns which discretely hide small dining booths and a stage.
