different awards for being Europe's most equipped and Turkey's
first destination spa hotel at the 1st National Spa and Wellness
Congress. With a total of 131 rooms, including 20 suites, a spa
area of 2,700 m², and constantly renewed personalised
programmes, the hotel continues to improve its concept of
‘Destination Spa'. Guests are welcomed in the
lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out
service, as well as a hotel safe, cloakroom, currency exchange,
lift access to the upper floors and a newspaper stand. Additional

lounge. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and
atrium bar, and dine in the main restaurant or choice of
à la carte restaurants. Additionally, the spa complex
has 4 separate multi-purpose meeting/function rooms that can
accommodate 450 people, as well as a beautiful garden with gazebos
and access to the lake. Wireless Internet access is available and
guests can also take advantage of the room service and, for a fee,
laundry service. There is a car park for those arriving by car and,

showers and relaxation rooms. The spa entrance fee is included in
the room rate, while massage and spa treatments are available for

The nearby sandy and pebble beach also offers sun loungers and
parasols.

Directions, How to get
there
To reach the property, take Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and follow
TEM motorway from Istanbul. After passing the 3rd Izmit exit,
McDonald's will be on the right-hand side. After 16 km take the
Sapanca Arifiye exit. After the toll booth, turn right and follow
the signs for Richmond Nua. Upon turning right after the toll go
straight until the second set of traffic lights. Turn left and go
straight until the end of the street.
