The hotel is located in an elevated position between the resorts of Gumbet and Bitez and the cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum with its impressive marina, castle and Museum of Underwater Archaeology, which is approximately 4.5 km away. Local transport runs close to the hotel with links to other towns in the area. The shops, bars and restaurants in Bitez and the nightlife of Gumbet are approximately 8 minutes away using public transport. The beach is a 15-minute walk. Yalikavak is around a 20-minute drive and Milas Airport is roughly 35 km away.

The city hotel was refurbished at the beginning of 2011 and offers comfortable, modern facilities and a choice of amenities. These include a spa, wireless Internet access point, some shops and a hairdressing salon, as well as a games room/TV lounge. In addition there are a couple of bars and a restaurant. The hotel operates a shuttle service to the nearby beach. Further facilities at the air-conditioned, 124-room spa complex include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access to the upper floors, conference facilities and a car park. Room service and a laundry service are offered for additional fees. Some advertised facilities may not be available year round due to weather/seasonal conditions.

Rooms
The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a mini fridge (extra charge to stock), satellite TV, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a hire safe. An en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, a direct dial telephone and a private balcony or terrace also feature in all rooms as standard.
