This hotel is located in the Balcova region of Izmir, which is famous for its natural springs of healing thermal water. Guests will find the nearest shops and restaurants just 1 km away at the Agora Shopping Centre. The hotel lies surrounded by pine woods, in a peaceful location and yet the city centre can be reached in 10-15 minutes. Furthermore, the Kemeralti Historic Bazaar and Izmir Archaeological Museum are about 7 km away and it is approximately 8 km to Alsancak - Izmir, the centre of Izmir and the town's bars/pubs. Izmir train station is around 9 km from the hotel and it is 20 km to Izmir central bus station. It is some 50 km to Manisa and 80 km to Cesme and Izmir Airport is just around 20 km away.

The concept behind this large, newly built hotel is that of a luxurious spa and thermal centre which makes use of the area's natural hot springs for physical therapy and rehabilitation. Built in 2010, this spa and conference hotel is ideal for business travellers and holidaymakers alike and comprises a total of 316 rooms including 17 suites and 2 junior suites spread over 4 floors. The hotel also has a large congress centre catering for business meetings and conferences of all sizes. Furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access. There is a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a café, a bar and a nightclub. Guests have an à la carte restaurant, a patisserie and Internet access (charges apply) at their disposal. They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (charges apply to both) and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

The rooms are comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and each has a seating area with a work table.
