Built in accordance with the architectural style of the island and that of the medina with Arabo-Andalusian elements (muralled domes, arabesques, and window shutters), the apartment complex is roomy and luxurious, and at the same time traditional and modern. Built and renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel offers 78 rooms in total and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception. If guests want to check their emails or surf the net, the hotel offers WLAN Internet access in the tea room. Further facilities include currency exchange facilities, a cafe, breakfast room, room service and a car park.

All the residences are entirely air-conditioned (individually regulated) and equipped with a charming patio, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave, a double bed and new and comfortable furnishings. A satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer also feature in all rooms as standard. The residence offers suites ranging from those with a living room and a bedroom to those with 3 bedrooms, balconies and exclusive gardens. Each of the apartments, depending on its type, has a capacity of 2 to 6 people.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast. The restaurant serves local and European dishes for lunch and dinner from an à la carte menu. Meals as well as breakfast can be served in the guest rooms.

From the airport, take a taxi to the tourist area. Just before arriving in Dar Djerba (in front of the bowling alley) turn right, and the hotel will be right in front.
