A warm welcome starts at the door, which is a one hundred-year-old woodcarving of the God of Happiness. Renovated in 2007, the accommodation comprises 20 country style bungalows, single and double rooms, 10 standard rooms and 2 junior suites with all the modern amenities. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and 24-hour check-in/check out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a bar, a TV lounge, a restaurant and conference facilities. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is parking and a garage for those arriving by car. The younger guests will enjoy the children's playground.

The rooms are categorised into long distance and overseas types and all feature a balcony. In-room facilities include hot and cold water cascade style, individually adjustable air conditioning, a fridge, a minibar and satellite TV.
