The hotel is located around the middle of Silom Road, next to the Narai Hotel. This hotel lies along a main road was renovated in 2002. It comprises 38 floors with a total of 454 rooms including 271 single rooms. 151 double rooms and 32 suites. Amongst the facilities in this air-conditioned establishment count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a nightclub, a lift and a café. Club and Suite rooms offer personalized check-in and check-out in the Club Lounge on the 27th floor. Daily complimentary canapés, cocktails and drinks are served from 5.00 to 7.00 p.m.

There is a Chinese restaurant on the 38th floor and continental Western cuisine on the 37th floor, offering live music in the evenings. A café on the 2nd floor serves Asian and international cuisine.

In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Upon payment of an additional fee, guests may make use of the hot tub, sauna and gym. The spa area features various beauty and spa treatments. Live music is occasionally played at the hotel.
