Built in 2010, the main structure consists of a huge makuti, which dominates the reception, the whole area of common services, continues over the bar and restaurant on the ends, just a few steps from the beach. All the pillars and beams of this structure are adorned with decorations and lights in local style. This beach resort comprises a total of 40 rooms. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and an auditorium. There are 2 bars, a disco and a restaurant and guests will appreciate the wireless Internet access. Parking is available for those arriving by car.

All rooms have sea views and come with a private bathroom with a shower. They offer a double or king-size bed and are decorated in local style, with mosquito nets on the beds. They are equipped with a telephone, a TV, Internet access, a safe, a minibar/fridge and a ceiling fan. Furthermore, individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard and all units feature a private furnished terrace.

The restaurant is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 150 people. There are 2 bars under the makuti, Bar Rafiki, near the restaurant, and the other positioned between the pool and beach, Bar Pwani, where guests can enjoy lobster. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available from a buffet at the central restaurant, Restaurant Jua.

This hotel features 2 swimming pools, 1 for children and another with deeper water, which also includes massage jets. Both pools have fresh water and the children's pool is circular while the principal pool extends along the side of the small one and is in between the restaurant area and the beach area. Guests can relax at the pool bar/beach bar from where they can look out onto the fountain water feature. A wooden bridge connects the 2 sides of the pool. Guests also can play five-a-side football on the white sand of the village pitch. It is also possible to relax with a massage treatment or a game of table tennis. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols are available for guests' use on the sandy beach.
