around. Among friendly locals, active hotel guests and spa-goers
drawn here for sanctuary with altitude, not attitude, refined and
educated palates will immediately recognize excellence when they
taste it. Le Patio, an informal Mediterranean buffet, whose tables
stretch out on to one of Europes? most breath taking terraces,
offers salads, delicate amuse bouche that melt-in-your-mouth and
authentically spiced Thai dishes from noon until night. Au Chalet,
an authentic Swiss outpost, is where to savour rich, Swiss inspired
dishes. For a gastronomic experience par excellence Le Trianon
turns a distinguished combination of seasonal flavours and lake
caught fish in to an art form.
