This resort was built in 2010 and has 20 apartments. The building consists of 4 floors and apartments are located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. Among the facilities offered at the apartment hotel are lift access and underground garage parking (a fee applies to the latter).

The apartments are new, have modern decor and are cosy. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower and bath, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people, and a large furnished terrace. There is also a fully-equipped modern kitchen with utensils, an oven, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a dishwasher and a fridge. Apartments are also equipped with a washing machine, ironing set and air conditioning.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's area. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sandy beach and may be hired for a fee.

Bed linen is included and is changed weekly. Towels are not included. A deposit is requested from the hotel's customers. No pets are allowed. Key collection is at the Hotel Jeremias Playa Cargador s/n, from 5 pm to 8 pm (Tel: 964-412906). Guests have access to the apartment from 5 pm on the day of arrival and must leave the apartment at 10 am on the date of departure.
