These 14 charming suites were renovated in 2009 and are fully equipped. They can accommodate up to 6 people and offer an independence rarely found in conventional hotels. The establishment is fully air-conditioned and offers 24-hour reception, lift access and Internet access.

All of stylish suites are furnished to the highest standard and come with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave; a complete en suite bathroom with shower; and a separate living area with a wide sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional people. The majority of the suites have 2 bedrooms, though the aparthotel also offers a 1-bedroom Deluxe Suite located in the Penthouse which features a private rooftop terrace with stunning panoramic views of the city. All apartments offer WLAN Internet access, air conditioning, central heating, colour satellite/cable TV, double bed and a balcony or terrace as standard.

Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Guests must contact apartment administration with a confirmed time of arrival prior to arriving to the apartments. Call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Barcelona B&B at Pau Claris Street 145, entrance 1 to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Grácia metro station. At check-in there will be a refundable security deposit charged by credit card pre-authorisation. Cleaning service is not included in the price.
