The aparthotel offers a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange service, lift access, fax, telephone, mail and messaging. The reception and TV lounge are located on the 5th floor. A wireless Internet connection is also available (for a fee). The establishment was renovated in 2010 and comprises 133 apartments including seven suites. Guests may dine in the restaurant or café and sip their favourite drink in the bar. All apartments are exterior-facing and are distributed over 12 storeys in five different types. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a bathtub. All apartments are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace.

Located on the 5th floor, in a noble area of the establishment, the restaurant overlooks the garden. A breakfast buffet is served each morning and lunch and dinner may be selected à la carte. Dinner is alternatively offered in buffet form.

At guests' disposal are a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out for use, an outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter) for adults with a hot tub and waterfall and a pool for children. Refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar. Located in the pool area, guests can play billiards and minigolf can be found on the ground floor (both incur fees). Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the sandy beach. A golf course is around 3 km from the aparthotel.
