This attractive city hotel is located in the leisure centre of Portugalate (around 12 km from Bilbao). It is easy to reach, opposite the residential areas of Getxo and Neguiri, only 500 m from the train station and 1 km from the underground station, that goes to the city centre in approx. 15 minutes. The inviting Las Arenas Beach with turquoise-blue waters is some 400 m away. The port is 2 km away, the fairground 6 km away and the airport 12 km away.

Splendid historical building totally refurbished, while respecting its 19th century facade, located beside the impressive ?Puente Colgante de Bizkaia' bridge, with marvellous views over the Bilbao river estuary and the sea. It comprises 74 rooms, of which 70 are double rooms and 4 are junior suites. Amongst the facilities there is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift and a café. There is also a bar, a TV room and an à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants, whilst a conference room and public Internet terminal may equally be taken advantage of. Room and laundry services, as well a car park and a garage round off the facilities.
