The finca offers 27 villas and facilities include a lobby, currency
exchange facilities, a laundry service, car park and a bicycle hire
service.
Rooms
Each villa is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with native
plants. From the lounge of each villa, guests can access the
covered terrace and pool. The outside area is also fully equipped
with a table and chairs, and a portable barbecue. Each villa has 3
double rooms with two beds, one with an en suite bathroom with a
bathtub and shower and the other two share a bathroom. There is a
large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, a
cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and small appliances,
such as a toaster and coffee maker. All accommodation units also
feature individually regulated air conditioning and heating,
satellite TV with a DVD player, a washing machine, ironing set,
hairdryer and an in-room safe.
Activities & Sport
There is an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers
and parasols laid out ready for use. Water sports available by the
beach include waterskiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating and
canoeing. Guests may also relax in the hot tub, enjoy a game of
tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker or bowling, or explore the
surrounding area by bike. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired
for a fee on the nearby sandy beach.
Comments
Rooms are cleaned and linens changed once a week. Towels are
changed twice a week. Guests receive a welcome package upon
arrival.
Directions, How to get
there
From the airport or port, guests should take the M1 highway in the
direction of Alaior. At Alaior, take the third exit signposted Son
Bou / San Jaime. Continue for about 7 km. Upon reaching Son Bou,
pass the first roundabout, take the first left turn on Passeig des
Prat. The hotel is located at Y42, from where guests will be guided
by hotel staff. From the port of Ciutadella, exit the M1 highway
towards Mahon and reach Alaior after approximately 33 km. Take the
first exit towards Son Bou / San Jaime and then follow the
directions above.
