The apartment complex comprises a total of 20 1-bedroom apartments spread over 2 floors with min. capacity for 1 adult and max for 3 adults or 2 adults plus 1 children.

The apartments offer a bedroom and a living/dining room. They all come with a bathroom, satellite/cable TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a safety deposit box and a balcony or terrace.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's section and a sun terrace with sun loungers. Guests can also relax with sun loungers and parasols on the beach for an additional fee.
