This apartment complex is located in the holiday area of Playa de Fornells, directly beside the beautiful sandy beach. Restaurants, bars and public transport can all be found in front of the complex. The city centre is 3 km away and it is some 30 km to Menorca Airport.

This complex was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises 10 pleasantly furnished villas. Guests have access to the sprawling gardens and a terrace.

Rooms
The villas have 1 double room, 2 twin beds and 1 complete bathroom as well as 1 bathtub with shower. All of them have a lounge, satellite/cable TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. They also include a washing machine and an iron, hire safe, balcony or terrace as well as air conditioning and heating.

Activities & Sport
In the outdoor area guests will find a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.

Comments
Pets are not permitted. There is a daily room cleaning service. Cleaning is done twice a week with a change of towels (once on arrival and once during the week) and change of linen once a week.
