The nearest sandy beach is only 300 m away and Menorca airport may easily be reached in 60 min by making use of the local public transport (about 50 km).The apartments, build in 1990, comprise 20 one-bedroom apartments divided across 2 buildings and on 2 floors without a lift. There is also a reception (open from 7 am - 3 pm) at guests' disposal.All the apartments have a small kitchen with fridge and microwave, bathroom with bath, safety deposit box (payable locally) and a terrace or balcony. Each apartment has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room area.The complex offers 2 swimming pools for guests and a sun terrace.Follow directions to Ciutadella, pass by Alaior, Es Mercadal and Ferreries. Arriving in Ciutadella, turn left at the first roundabout, following la Ronda in the direction of Cap d'Artruix. Follow the signs for Cap d'Artruix until the roundabout with directions to Cala Blanca on the right-hand side. At the crossing in Cala Blanca, turn right into a one-way street. Follow this street and take the first road to the right. At the end of this street you will find the reception and the apartments.
