The attractive location of this apartment hotel offers easy access to a kilometre-long sandy beach through the hotel's own gardens. The centre of Alcudia, which is only 3 kilometres away, offers plenty of shopping and entertainment venues and may be reached on foot or with the local bus service. The nearest bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Worthwhile excursions include a harbour, which is only 4 km from the hotel.

The fully air-conditioned apartment hotel was built in 1986, completely renovated in 1997 and has 5 floors with 260 apartments and studios (50 apartments and 210 studios). The facilities include a large, peaceful garden and pool area (2,500 m²), a stylish lobby with lifts, a currency exchange and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it offers a TV room, a café, a pharmacy, a cosy bar and a restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference facilities and the public Internet access. Laundry services are also available. Furthermore, the hotel offers a bike hire service as well as a kids' club and a children's playground.

Rooms
All the apartments and studios are tastefully designed and have an en suite shower/bath/WC, a telephone, satellite/cable TV (can be ordered at reception), a kitchenette, a minibar/fridge, air conditioning, central heating, a safe and a balcony or terrace. All studios have sofa beds.

Restaurant & Food
Breakfast is available to guests each morning. A fine buffet is on offer at breakfast as well as in the evenings and it is possible to book a half board stay.

The grounds include a pool in the garden with a separate children's paddling pool and a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
