The apartments are located just 150 metres from Playa den Bossa, 1 km from Aguamar Waterpark and 3 km from Ibiza Town. There are numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs nearby. Links to the public transport are about a 5-minute walk away. Ibiza Airport is about 4 km away.

All apartments share a reception that is located at the Bon Sol II building. Built in 2011, there are a total of 27 studios at this air-conditioned apartment hotel. Facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out services as well as a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. There are also two restaurants and a café/bar. Guests also have lift access to the upper floors, wired and wireless Internet access as well as room service at their disposal.

Rooms
All apartment have a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a double room with a double bed or 2 single beds, an en suite bathroom with all facilities including a shower, bath and hairdryer, as well as an American-style kitchen with bar, fridge and microwave. There is daily evening entertainment in the cafe in the Bon Sol II building. The hotel offers squash, tennis and a sauna (for an extra charge) 150 metres away on the same street. Guests can also take a refreshing dip in one of the three swimming pools with children's swimming area and poolside snack bar. There is also a solarium and guests can go surfing or play paddle tennis or minigolf (all for additional fees). Sun loungers with parasols are laid out on the nearby sandy beach (for a fee).
