This hotel is situated in a central location, close to the harbour (250 m) and in one of Ibiza's side streets. In Ibiza's famous old town, guests will find plenty of shopping and entertainment venues, just 300 metres away. It is possible to reach the nearest beach (about 2.5 km away) with one of the ferry services. The nearest public transport links are just a stone's throw from the hotel.

The hotel complex has 110 rooms and 70 apartments over 6 floors. The city hotel was built in 1983 and completely renovated in 2003. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts, a safe, a currency exchange desk free WiFi access in the living rooms and cafeteria. Additional facilities include a bar a TV room, a lounge and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for children. Medical services are also available if necessary.

The functional rooms come with an en suite bathroom and a balcony or a terrace.
