19th Century, when it became a centre of entertainment for royalty

The Carratraca baths were built by royal order in 1855 and are
considered an historic monument by the government of

as massages (for an additional fee). The therapeutic proprieties of
the medicinal mineral waters are used to create and design

Directions, How to get
there
Guests arriving from Málaga airport should leave the
airport via Avenida Comandante GarcÃa Morato and follow
the road for about 0.7 km. Continue on the N340/Avenida de
Velasquez and take the exit for Málaga city centre.
Take the A7052 , exiting for Cartama/PTA/Universidad/Palacio de
ferias y Congresos, where the road will link up with the A357.
Follow this road for about 35 km. Enter Carratraca via the MA442,
turn off at the junction (1.5 km), where guests will find signposts
to the spa.
