This attractive beach hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa Matalascañas and lies directly on the sea and close to the Doñana National Parks. A beach promenade separates the hotel from the turquoise blue sea and the vast sandy beach. Public transport departs from stops in the immediate vicinity (100 m away). A bus stop is located close by. In the immediate vicinity, a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars in plenty and extensive entertainment venues are available. The town centre of Matalascañas is around 1km away.

Built in 1980 and renovated in 2000, this hotel comprises a total of 5 floors with 20 single rooms and 230 double rooms. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a cafe, a shop, a hairdresser, a bar, a nightclub within the hotel (May until October) and an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area. Furthermore, there is a conference room, an Internet terminal, laundry and room services as well as a car park and a garage.

The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, a double bed, carpeting, air conditioning, a minibar/fridge, a hire safe and central heating. Most of the rooms also have a balcony or terrace with partial views over the sea.
