The hotel is built on a rocky headland with breathtaking vistas of the sea, mountains and miles of golden sand, in one of the most spectacular resorts in Africa, Plettenberg Bay. Each of the 36 luxury rooms and suites of this hotel are air-conditioned and offer a truly idyllic and indulgent experience. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and cloakroom. The bar and restaurant offer dining and drinks, while room service and a laundry service are available for additional fees.

Each room is individually decorated with great style and appointed with exquisite antiques and an array of original paintings by South African artists. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Rooms have double or king-size beds, satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access, safe, minibar and ironing set. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating ensures guests' comfort. A balcony or terrace also features as standard.

A continental breakfast buffet is served daily. Lunch and dinner are offered à la carte.

From George Airport, take the N2 highway heading east - towards Port Elizabeth. Continue on the N2, travelling through the towns of Wilderness, Sedgefield and Knysna. Take the Plettenberg Bay exit at the Shell Ultra City Service station - turn right into Marine Way. Continue until the traffic circle/ roundabout. Turn left into Main Road. After about 200 metres, turn right into Church Street. There is a hotel signpost at this intersection. The hotel is at the end of the street.
