This is a stunning apartment hotel and the rooms really are of a
high quality. It is a perfect home for someone wanting something a
little different to a conventional hotel whilst living in the
centre of the city. The hotel has a 50 ft rooftop swimming pool
with sun loungers and a new gym opening in September 2007. There is
a business centre and parking facilities.
Exterior: 3 buildings converted into one, this is one of the
tallest buildings in the city centre.
Lobby: The lobby is unusual in that it has 3 entrances from
different streets surrounding the building. It is a vast lobby with
an 8 floor atrium dominated by huge star shaped inflatables hanging
down from the bright glass ceiling. The smokey grey tiled floor,
leather sofas and black concierge desk give the ground floor lobby
a modern stylish look. The lobby shares space with some excellent
retail units including Cape Town's first urban winery as well as a
bar and a cafe.

The establishment offers apartments with Table Mountain and Cape
Town cityscape views. The apartments have a kitchen and a lounge
and come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a
hairdryer and offer a double bed. They are equipped with a

kitchen has a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making
facilities and a washing machine. Furthermore, an ironing set and
individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in
