An excellent Superior Tourist hotel offering a high level of guest services such as the gym facilities.
Exterior: The hotel is a 9-storey brick and concrete building attached to the Arcadia shopping complex. Its design is typical of buildings built in Pretoria in the mid 70's.
Lobby: The hotel has a bright lobby of medium size with wooden flooring and a comfortable seating area for guests. Large windows look out to the hotel's open air terrace.

The hotel offers simple, good, clean, medium-size rooms all with air conditioning, satellite TV and Tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms also provide a small seating area. The rooms have been decorated with soft blue furnishings. The en suite bathrooms are in good condition.

The main restaurant and bar is on the 1st floor and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also indoor and outdoor seating on the ground floor where guests can order drinks and food. The restaurant has a warm feel with its wooden floor, chairs and 70's light features.
